I misplaced my CIFF46 @ PSQ pass, what should I do?

During the Festival, visit our staff at Guest Services, located in the inner lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre. Please note, a replacement fee of $35 will be charged when re-issuing lost, forgotten, or stolen passes.

Guest Services' Hours of Operation:

  • March 31-April 8, 2022:

    • Thursdays-Fridays: 10:30 AM-10:30 PM

    • Saturday: 8:00 AM-10:30 PM

    • Sunday: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

    • Monday-Wednesday: 10:30 AM-8:00 PM

  • April 9, 2022:

    • 8:00 AM-7:30 PM
