CIFF46 Opening Night (Film and Reception) in-person tickets:

• $80 per ticket for current CIFF members

Group Rate:

Groups attending CIFF46 and purchasing 10 or more tickets to the same screening are eligible for the group rate of $1 off per ticket. Please contact the CIFF Box Office at 877.304.3456 during hours of operation for more information or to placea group order. With the exception fo the CIFF member discount, Group Ticket Orders are not eligible for additional discounts.

• For groups attending in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022), tickets to the same screening are $13 per ticket for current CIFF members and $15 per ticket for non-members.
• For groups streaming online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) tickets to the same screening are $7 per ticket for current CIFF members and $9 per ticket for non-members

Voucher 10-Pack for CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022):

• Voucher 10-Packs (in-person screenings only) are $130/pack for current CIFF members

*Students/Seniors (65+) are eligibable for an additional $2 off the price of regular tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person screenings and CIFF46 Streams online screenings. Discount can be combined with a CIFF member discount. Orders must be palced in-person. Proof of current and valid I.D. required.

• For feature-length films:
• select the in-person screening date and time of the screening you would like to attend from the "Tickets" drop-down menu, enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening, and click ADD TO CART.
• A pop-up box will appear in the top right of the screen letting you know your ticket(s) have been added to the cart.

• For short films:
• Click on the list of Shorts Programs on the right that the film is included in.
• Once you've found the Shorts Program you'd like to attend, select the in-person screening date and time of the screening you would like to attend from the "Tickets" drop-down menu, enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening, and click ADD TO CART.

• If you are finished adding tickets to your cart, select GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
• Review the order information to make sure it is correct, then click CHECKOUT NOW.
• Enter your billing information and click CONTINUE.

New this year, CIFF is going paperless! Paper CIFF46 tickets will no longer be issued. Instead, tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46@ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) will be delivered electronically as QR codeded, printable PDF tickets enclosed in emailed Ticket Order Confirmations.

CIFF46 tickets holders can either print their own ticket(s) and bring them to CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person screenings or ticket holders can save the Ticket Order Confirmaton email and/or store the PDF ticket(s) on their smart phone and pull up the email or the tickets as needed. The QR coded ticket(s) will be scanned by CIFF Volunteers or CIFF46 Festival Ops staff at the entrance to the theatre for admittance to all in-person screenigns during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022).

A ticket is for a screening to a specific film. A voucher, which comes in paper or digital form, is non-specific and therefore, will not admit you or give you acess to a screening. Paper vouchers are to be exchanged over the phone or in-person for tickets to specific screenings. Voucher codes can be exchanged online, over the phone (877.304.3456), or in-person during hours of operation at the CIFF Box Office (locted in Playhouse Square's Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theare). Exchange as early as possible to avoid Stand By or sellouts!

A Voucher 10-Pack is a single digital code that is redeemable for 10 tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (excludes tickets to Opening Night and other CIFF46 special events.) Once purchased, a Voucher 10-Pack can be redeemed for multiple tickets to CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person screenings either all in one ticket order, or across multiple ticket orders, until the 10 credits are redeemed in full.

For CIFF Members Only, Voucher 10-Packs are on sale from 11:00 AM ET on Friday, March 11, 2022 through 7:30 PM ET on Saturday, April 9, 2022 for $130 per pack. For non-members, Voucher 10-Packs are on sale from 11:00 AM ET on Friday, March 18, 2022 through 7:30 PM ET on Saturday, April 9, 2022 for $150 per pack.

Please note:

CIFF46 paper vouchers are only distributed to CIFF46 Volunteers and Playhouse Square Red Coats and in rare customer servies instances. Unlike digital Voucher codes distributed to customers and CIFF consituents, these are physical, paper vouchers. Please note: Multiple paper vouchers can be applied to a ticket order.

To redeem: Paper vouchers can only be redeemed for tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) and can only be redeemed by calling (877.304.3456) or visiting the CIFF Box Office in-person at Playhouse Square’s Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during hours of operation.

Complimentary CIFF46 paper Vouchers expire when CIFF46 @ PSQ tickets go off sale at 7:30 PM ET on April 9, 2022. Unused paper vouchers have no assigned monetary value and therefore cannot be refunded and will not be refunded and cannot be reserved for future use, including streaming tickets for online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022).

Complimentary digital Voucher codes are distributed to donation winners, CIFF46 participating filmmakers and industry, and as a benefit of CIFF sponsorship and partnership. These Vouchers are distributed as either one Voucher code good for a specified number of ticket credits or as one Voucher code good for one ticket credit and can be redeemed for tickets to both in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) AND tickets to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022).

To redeem:

Donation Certificates for CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) must be returned to the CIFF Office by mail (2510 Market Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113) or email (cfs@clevelandfilm.org) by March 1, 2022. Those who have returned their donation winner certificate by March 1, 2022 will receive an emailed order confirmation for a complimentary Voucher 10-Pack enclosed during the week of March 7-11, 2022. If you have not returned your donation winner certificate by March 1, 2022, please redeem in-person at the CIFF Box Office during hours of operation.

CIFF46 tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of a canceled screening or film. Exchanges, when possible, will be subject to a $2 processing fee per order. Refunds, when possible, will not be issued after 7:00 PM ET on April 9, 2022 for CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person tickets and vouchers, and will not be issued after 11:00 PM ET on April 17, 2022 for CIFF46 Streams tickets. Tickets to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) cannot be exchanged for tickets to online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) and vice versa. Unused tickets, vouchers, and passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

CIFF is not responsible for physical or technical disruptions to the extent that performance is prevented by force majeure (conditions beyond the control of CIFF, including acts of nature, acts of terrorism, voluntary or involuntary compliance with any regulation, law, or order of any government, war, acts of war (whether war be declared or not), labor strike or lock-out, civil commotion, epidemic, failure or default of public utilities or common carriers, destruction of production facilities or materials by fire, earthquake, storm or like catastrophe). Refunds and exchanges on CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022) tickets, vouchers, and passes will not be issued for technical difficulties with an individual's infrastructure or equipment.

Playhouse Square and it’s theatres are private property. CIFF tickets, vouchers, and passes cannot be sold within the premises of Playhouse Square. Doing so will result in permanent removal from the Festival and Playhouse Square.
