Now a regular program in the annual Film Festival, this year's collection of short animated films promises to be as big a hit as it has been in the past. This year's collection includes examples of the classical animation style, as well as the current innovations of "claymation" and wax animation technique. The content ranges from the black humor of Czechoslovakia's Zagreb Studios to 1940's style comedy; from Shakespeare to sex. A group of acclaimed commercials is included, and the program includes festival winners (Cannes, Chicago, Annecy) and Academy Award winners and nominees.
