Afterr graduation from theatrical school, a group of young, optimistic actors learn there is a world of difference between their dreams and the harsh reality that awaits them-the world of theatre is disillusioning, cruel and unglamorous. Eva will do anything to reach the top and nothing will break her spirit. Shai, to whom everything comes easily, learns his lesson the hard way. Noam, the director, tramples anything reminiscent of the magnificent tradition of theatre in favor of the fast, superficial and saleable. Several stories are interwoven, highlighting the sturggels, victories, disappointments, and the intense commitment it takes to survive a life in the theatre.
