Fueled by the love of his best friend Mari and a passionate romance with his secret lover Felix, Pablo is destined for greatness. Those plans are abruptly put on hold when a life-altering run-in with some peers leave him battered and beaten on a quiet city sidewalk. Pablo’s distant father, Juan, a workaholic determined to get ahead in his career, faces overwhelming medical bills to save Pablo’s life. Grateful for the moral support from his beloved neighbor Lucy and a snarky, quick-witted doctor, Juan must figure out a way to make ends meet without putting his job at risk.
