40th CLEVELAND INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (CIFF) AKRON PREVIEW RECEPTION
WELCOME HOME - March 30th - April 10th. The 40th Cleveland International Film Festival and 89.7 WKSU will hold their annual Akron Preview Reception on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Akron Civic Theatre in downtown Akron. This free event will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres and dessert, a brief program, the screening of select short subject films, the presentation of the 40thCIFF trailer reel, as well as free Program Guides.
Please RSVP at http://bit.ly/CIFF40Akron. The Akron Civic Theatre is located at 182 S. Main St. with plenty of city parking nearby, which is free after 6 p.m.
All 40thCIFF tickets go on sale to members only on Friday, March 11th and to the general public on Friday, March 18th. Not a member? Become one by visiting clevelandfilm.org or by calling 216.623.3456 x10.
Ticket prices for films are $14 per film for CIFF members and $16 for non-members. Tickets will be available online at clevelandfilm.org, by telephone (1.877.304.FILM), in-person at the Film Festival Box Office in the lobby of Tower City Cinemas, or by mail using the Program Guide order form.
Program Guides will be available throughout the region, including all Dollar Bank locations, the week of March 7th.
