As a passholder, how do I log into the CIFF Streams platform?
Once you have activated your CIFF Streams passholder account by clicking on either the "CIFF STREAMS LOGIN" link from your Streaming Access email/Membership Order confirmation email (for passholder members) or the "Join" link from the On Demand Invite" email (for non-member passholders) and have created a password for your account via a web browser on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can login directly to the CIFF Streams Platform. When logging in to the CIFF Streams platform, make sure your email address is in all lowercase letters.
Member Passholders Please Note: Your member login for the CIFF website is different than your passholder login for the CIFF Streams platform. While you may have chosen the same email and password for both accounts, logging into your membership account on the CIFF website does not log you into your passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform or vice versa. Furthermore, resetting your password on the CIFF website will not reset your password for the CIFF Streams platform and vice versa. The login credentials for each account are not connected.
