My streaming access expired before I could finish streaming. Can I get a refund or another link?
CIFF46 streaming tickets can only be redeemed once and ticket holders have a Redemption Window of 48 hours (or until 11:59 PM ET on April 17, 2022 when CIFF46 Streams ends) from the time they redeem a ticket to a film or shorts program (by clicking “Play” on the film or shorts program), to stream the film or shorts program. Do not click "Play" until you are ready to stream the film or shorts program in full. While CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs can be temporarily rewound or paused during the 48-hour redemption window, the player must remain open and the stream must remain paused in order to resume streaming. Trying to resume streaming after the player has been closed, after the film or shorts program has been stopped, or after you have moved to another device or another location, will result in being unable to finish streaming the film or shorts program because it can only be redeemed once.
Exchanges and refunds will not be issued for partially or fully unredeemed CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs. It is the responsibility of the viewer to stream the film or shorts program in full before their 48-hour redemption window ends. Patrons are welcome to purchase a new ticket to the film or shorts program if their streaming access has expired.
