FAQs

For CIFF46, there are tickets available to in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) and online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022).

1. From FILM FESTIVAL in the main navigation bar:

• Click on "Schedule" under "Films" and you will see a list of all available CIFF46 films and shorts programs.
• Scroll through the list of films and shorts programs, and select the in-person screening date and time of the screening you would like to attend from the "Sreenings:" drop-down menu.
• Then enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening and click ADD TO CART.
• A pop-up box will appear in the top right of the screen letting you know your tickets have been added to the cart.
• Once you are finished adding tickets to your cart, select GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
• Review the order information to make sure it is correct, then click CHECKOUT NOW.
• Enter your billing information and click CONTINUE.
• Enter your payment information and hit PLACE ORDER.
• You will receive an emailed order confirmation within minutes of purchase.
• You will receive an emailed order confirmation within minutes of purchase containing links to printable QR coded PDF tickets.
• Please bring a copy of these tickets with you to the screening, either on a mobile device or printed out. Your tickets will be scanned for admittance to the theatre where the screening is taking place.

2. From STORE in the main navigation bar:

• Click on TICKETS & VOUCHERS from the sub-navigation.
• Then click on the CIFF46 TICKETS button from the TICKETS & VOUCHERS landing page.
• You will see a list of all available CIFF46 films and shorts programs
• Scroll through the list of films and shorts programs, and
• Then enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening and click ADD TO CART.
• A pop-up box will appear in the top right of the screen letting you know your tickets have been added to the cart.
• Once you are finished adding tickets to your cart, select GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
• Review the order information to make sure it is correct, then click CHECKOUT NOW.

3. Via a film's description page:

• Click on FILM FESTIVAL from the main navigation.
• From the sub-navigation select 2022 Festival > Films > Schedule
• You will be redirected to a listing of all available CIFF46 films and shorts programs.
• Click on a specific film to view a description of the film and more information about the film.
• For feature-length films:
• select the in-person screening date and time of the screening you would like to attend from the "Tickets" drop-down menu, enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening, and click ADD TO CART.
• A pop-up box will appear in the top right of the screen letting you know your ticket(s) have been added to the cart.

• For short films:
• Click on the list of Shorts Programs on the right that the film is included in.
• Once you've found the Shorts Program you'd like to attend, select the in-person screening date and time of the screening you would like to attend from the "Tickets" drop-down menu, enter the quantity of tickets you'd like to purchase to that screening, and click ADD TO CART.

• If you are finished adding tickets to your cart, select GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
• Review the order information to make sure it is correct, then click CHECKOUT NOW.
• Enter your billing information and click CONTINUE.
• Enter your payment information and hit PLACE ORDER.
