What is the difference between a voucher and a ticket?
A ticket is for a screening to a specific film. A voucher, which comes in paper or digital form, is non-specific and therefore, will not admit you or give you acess to a screening. Paper vouchers are to be exchanged over the phone or in-person for tickets to specific screenings. Voucher codes can be exchanged online, over the phone (877.304.3456), or in-person during hours of operation at the CIFF Box Office (locted in Playhouse Square's Ticket Office in the outer lobby of the KeyBank State Theare). Exchange as early as possible to avoid Stand By or sellouts!
