There are three different levels of CIFF membership, each with specific benefits. ALL membership levels include these benefits:

• $2 off the price of tickets to CIFF46 in-person and CIFF46 Streams online screenings
• $20 Voucher 10-Packs
• 20% off CIFF merchandise
• 20% off CIFF special events
• Advance ticket sales one week before public sales
• Complimentary access to CIFF members-only screening (TBA)
• Access to member's My Profile on clevelandfilm.org featuring My Order History, My Streaming Access (where members can see their streaming credentials), My Favorites (where members can create a watch list of CIFF46 films), and My Notes (where members can create and save notes on anything and everything CIFF).

CIFF46 members at the Streams Passholder, Hybrid Passholder, and VIP Passholder levels do not need to purchase or reserve tickets to CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs and will receive an emailed invitation to activate their CIFF Streams passholder account in one of two of emails: 1) a Streaming Access Notification email or 2) an Order Confirmation with Streaming Access.

• Streaming Access Notification Email: Passholder members who place their passholder membership order (for a Streams, Hybrid, or VIP Passholder level) before 11:00 AM ET on April 9, 2022 will receive a Membership Order Confirmation email within minutes of purchase that does not contain streaming access. Instead they will receive a separate Streaming Access Notification email at approximately 11:00 AM ET on April 9, 2022 with a “CIFF STREAMS LOGIN” link to activate their passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform. The “CIFF STREAMS LOGIN” link will take them directly to the passholder activation page on the CIFF Streams platform where they will create a password for their account via a web browser on their smartphone, tablet, or computer. Once they have created a password, they will automatically be logged into their passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform.

• Membership Order Confirmation (with Streaming Access): CIFF Members at the Streams, Hybrid, or VIP Passhodler level who place their membership order AFTER 11:00 AM ET on April 9, 2022 will receive a Membership Order Confirmation email within minutes of purchase that contains a “CIFF STREAMS LOGIN” link to activate their passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform. The “CIFF STREAMS LOGIN” link will take them directly to the passholder activation page on the CIFF Streams platform where they will create a password for their account via a web browser on their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

All passholders can begin streaming via a web browser on a smartphone, tablet, or computer on April 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM ET. If passholders would like to stream CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs via the CIFF Streams app for Roku or Apple TV devices, they will first need to activate their Streams passhodler account via a web browser before logging into their CIFF Streams passholder account on the app (Roku) or pairing the app to their CIFF Streams passholder account (Apple TV) .

Please Note: Your member login for the CIFF website is different than your passholder login for the CIFF Streams platform. While you may have chosen the same email and password for both accounts, logging into your membership account on the CIFF website does not log you into your passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform or vice versa. Furthermore, resetting your password on the CIFF website will not reset your password for the CIFF Streams platform and vice versa. The login credentials for each account are not connected.

Streams Passholders have passholder access to all online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022). Please note: distributor restrictions apply to films streaming during CIFF46 Streams and the full CIFF46 program of films will not be available for CIFF46 Streams. All films in the CIFF46 program will be screening in-person during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022) but not all films in the CIFF46 progam will be available for streaming online during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022).

Festival Passholders have passholder access to all in-person screenings during CIFF46 at Playhouse Square (March 30-April 9, 2022) including one ticket to the Opening Night, Centerpiece, and Closing Night special event screenings.

Hybrid Passholders and VIP Passholders have passholder access to both in-person screeings during CIFF46 at Playhouse Square (March 30-April 9, 2022) AND all online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022)* as well as one ticket to the Opening Night, Centerpiece, and Closing Night special events.

In addition to passholder access to all in-person and online CIFF46 screenings*, VIP Passholders get two tickets to the Opening Night, Centerpiece, and Closing Night special event screenings, acess to the VIP reserved seating section in the theatres, an invitation to the Meet the CIFF46 Filmmakers event, and special donor recognition on clevelandfilm.org.

If you have never been a CIFF member before:

1. Click the white STORE header located in the main navigation on clevelandfilm.org, and then the MEMBERSHIP & PASSES link.

2. Review the benefits of the different membership levels and click JOIN under the desired membership level.

3. A box will appear with blank fields where you can enter the member's contact information and click ADD TO CART.

• Please note: Member account access and streaming access are associated with the member’s email address on file. All members are uniquely identified in the CIFF system by the email address associated with their membership account and will use their email address to log into their membership account on the CIFF website to gain access to members-only features of the website and members-only discounts on festival tickets, special event tickets, voucher packs, and merchandise. Streaming access credentials for tickets and passes will be sent to the member’s email address on file.

4. A pop-up box will appear to confirm you have added items to your cart. You can also access your cart through the shopping cart icon at the top right of the web page.

5. If you are done adding items to your cart, click GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the web page.

6. Review the order information to make sure it is correct, and then click CHECKOUT NOW.

7. Enter your billing information and shipping information and click CONTINUE.

8. Enter your payment information and hit PLACE ORDER.

Whether you are a current or lapsed CIFF member, you must log in to your CIFF membership account on clevelandfilm.org in order to renew your membership. If you need instructions for how to log into your membership account, visit here.

1. Once logged into your membership account:

• If your membership has already expired you will see a pop-up that states: “Your membership has expired. Would you like to renew now?”. Click “OK” and you’ll be redirected to the CIFF membership page.
• If your membership has not expired yet, log in and go to the CIFF membership page (Under Store > Membership & Passes from the navigation at the top of the web page.)

2. Review the benefits of the different membership levels and click RENEW under the desired membership level.

3. A box will appear with your member contact information. You can edit this information at this time, or if it is correct, then click Add to Cart.

• Please note: Member account access and streaming access are associated with the member’s email address on file. All members are uniquely identified in the CIFF system by the email address associated with their membership account and will use their email address to log into their membership account on the CIFF website to gain access to members-only features of the website and members-only discounts on festival tickets, special event tickets, voucher packs, and merchandise. Whether or not to purchase a CIFF gift membership or CIFF gift certificate depends on the purchaser and the recipient. If you do not have the recipient member's full contact information or are unsure if they are a current or expired CIFF member, we suggest purchasing a CIFF gift certificate instead.

Gift certificates are the easiest way to spread the CIFF love. They can be instantly emailed to the purchaser or the receipient and redeemed toward anything CIFF sells, from memberships, tickets, virtual voucher packs, to merchandise. The value of the gift certificate never expires, so the recipient can choose when and how they want to redeem it. Gift Certificates can be redeemed multiple times until their value has been used in full.

Please note: if buying a CIFF gift membership, here are some things to consider:

• You will need the member’s full contact information for a Gift Membership purchase:
• CIFF members are uniquely identified in the CIFF system by their email address. Members log into their CIFF membership account with the email address associated to their memebrship in order to gain access to members-only areas of the CIFF website and members-only discounts on CIFF tickets, voucher packs, special events, and merchandise.
• CIFF members are also frequently contacted via additional mailings and emails at the mailing address and email address associated with their membership.
• Streaming access to CIFF46 Streams is delivered via email to the member's email on file, so it is paramount to have the correct email address for our members.

• If the recipient is a pre-existing CIFF member:
• If the membership is a renewal of a current or lapsed CIFF membership, unless you have the member's current login and password, we suggest purchasing a gift certificate instead; otherwise there is a chance the recipient will have duplicate memberships in our system.
• You can purchase a gift membership for new members by selecting the "GIFT" option from the membership chart our Membership page. Please be sure you have their complete and accurate contact information when filling out the order form.
• If you are unsure of their availability during the Festival, we suggest purchasing a gift certificate, the value of which never expires and is redeemable for CIFF memberships, tickets, merchandise, and other special event tickets.

• If the recipient is new to the Festival:
• You can purchase them a gift membership by selecting the "GIFT" option from the membership chart our Membership page. Please be sure you have their complete and accurate contact information when filling out the order form.
• If you are unsure of their availability during the Festival, we suggest purchasing a gift certificate (the value of which never expires!) that can be exchanged for CIFF memberships, tickets, merchandise, and other special event tickets.

To purchase a gift membership through the website, follow these steps:

3. Then select who you would like the initial membership materials to be mailed to: the Member or the Purchaser. Please provide the member's full contact information. The member will not be initially contacted unless requested in the shipping fields of the order. A receipt notification of the order will only be sent to the billing email address and the shipping email address. Initial membership materials will be sent to the shipping address provided.

4. Enter the member's contact information and click ADD TO CART. A pop-up box will appear to confirm you have added items to your cart. You can also access your cart through the shopping cart icon at the top right of the web page.

5. If you are done adding items to your cart, click GO TO CART on the pop-up box or click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the web page.

6. Review the order information to make sure it is correct, and then click CHECKOUT NOW.

Yes! Current students receive a $25 discount off any level of CIFF membership with proof of a valid student ID at the time of purchase. When purchasing a membership, be sure to select the "I am a current student" checkbox and upload a scan or photo of your current student ID.

Click on LOGIN in the upper right corner of the CIFF home page. Enter your email address associated with your membership account and password. Click login.

You will see a "MY ACCOUNT" link at the top right of the page. If you do not see this, you are not logged in. Click on the link to view and/or edit your account information.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten password? to initiate a password reset, sent to the email address associated with your membership account.

My Favorites is a feature of a member's My Profile that allows current CIFF members (who are logged into their membership account on the CIFF website) to create and save a personalized schedule and watchlist of films and shorts programs screening both in-person and online during CIFF46. Located under a member's Member Profile (accessible when logged into their membership account on the CIFF website) is the My Favorites tool (formerly My Schedule). My Favorites allows CIFF members to build two custom lists of films and shorts programs, one list of in-person screenings and another list of CIFF46 Streams online screenings. Members can reference this list when purchasing tickets on clevelandfilm.org, when creating their schedule to attend in-person screenings during CIFF46 @ PSQ (March 30-April 9, 2022), and as a reference when streaming online screenings during CIFF46 Streams (April 10-17, 2022).

Once logged in as a member on the CIFF website, you can add films to your My Favorites list from a number of areas on the website:

1. From the complete list of CIFF46 films. Apply filters to pare down the list of available CIFF46 films by their location and availability in-person or online as well as by your interests, needs, and schedule. As you find screenings that you’d like to attend or stream, select the screening date and time you plan on attending or "Online Screening' ' for CIFF46 Streams films from the "Tickets" drop-down.

Then click on the ADD TO FAVORITES link located under ADD TO CART. The ADD TO FAVORITES option will change to ADDED! indicating the screening is now on your My Favorites list.

2. On a film’s description page, from the "Tickets” drop-down, select the screening date and time you plan on attending or "Online Screening” for CIFF46 Streams films.

Then click on the ADD TO FAVORITES link located under ADD TO CART. The ADD TO FAVORITES option will change to ADDED! indicating the film is now on your My Favorites list.

3. From the cart, on the first page of the checkout process, click on ADD TO FAVORITES next to the screenings in your cart. Please note: This is not necessary as purchased screenings will automatically be added to your My Favorites.

To view or edit your My Favorites, click on MY ACCOUNT between DONATE and LOGOUT at top of the page on the CIFF website.

To remove films from My Favorites click on the (—) FROM FAVORITES button.

For a list of all your My Favorites screenings, from the “Format” drop-down menu, select the “All Films” filter. To toggle between your list of CIFF46 @ PSQ in-person screenings and CIFF46 Streams online screenings, select either, “Streaming Only” or “In-person Only” from the “Format” drop-down menu.

If you're a returning member, you can also look up your My Favorites lists from past Festivals by selecting a different year from drop-down filter.

Please note:

• Adding films to the "My Favorites" feature does not purchase or reserve tickets. It is only a tool for planning your CIFF46 schedule.
• You will not be able to access the My Favorites feature from the CIFF Streams platform. You can only access the My Favorites feature when logged into your CIFF membership account on clevelandfilm.org.
• For CIFF46 passholders, there is also a "Watch Later" feature on the CIFF Streams platform where passholders can add films they'd like to stream to a customized, saved list that is accessible when logged into your passholder account on the CIFF Streams platform. While "My Favorites" on the CIFF website and the CIFF Streams "Watch Later" list are not connected, passholder members can use their "My Favorites" list to create a "Watch Later" playlist on the CIFF Streams platform.

Your CIFF Membership Welcome Letter will be emailed to you within a week of purchase. Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for CIFF membership correspondence coming from cfs@clevelandfilm.org. CIFF members at the Festival Passholder, Hybrid Passholder, and VIP Passholder will be mailed their pass to CIFF46 at Playhouse Square in mid-March 2022.

We will begin mailing out CIFF46 @ PSQ Passes to Festival Passholders, Hybrid Passholders, and VIP Passholders the week of March 14, 2022.

If you become a passholder member at one of those levels after our mailing deadline (March 21,2022), you can pick up your pass at Guest Services, located in the inner lobby of the KeyBank State Theatre during Guest Services' hours of operation.

Opening Night tickets will not be printed for CIFF46. Instead, passholder members at the Festival Passholder, Hybrid Passholder, and VIP Passholder levels will receive their complimentary Opening Night ticket(s) electronically, via an emailed Ticket Order Confirmation. The emailed Ticket Order Confirmation will contain a QR Coded PDF version of the Opening Night ticket.

Opening Night attendees can either print their own ticket(s) and bring them to CIFF46 Opening Night or they can save the Ticket Order Confirmaton email and/or store the PDF ticket(s) on their smart phone and pull up the email or the tickets as needed. The QR coded ticket(s) will be scanned by CIFF Volunteers or CIFF46 Festival Ops staff at the entrance to the theatre for admittance.

CIFF Memberships are annual and only valid for one Festival cycle. The majority of members will be issued a renewal date one year from the time of their membership purchase. However, CIFF Memberships will not be issued for two Festival cycles. As a result, CIFF Memberships purchased in March or April will be issued a renewal date at the end of February for the following year.

CIFF Memberships are per individual. Membership accounts and benefits, including tickets and passes, cannot be transferred or shared with other individuals outside of your household. Members in violation of this will have their membership revoked without refund.

CIFF Memberships are tax deductible to the maximum amount allowed by law unless otherwise noted. CIFF members receive goods and services in exchange for their contribution, the value of which often exceeds their contribution, depending on the level of use. With the exception of members at the VIP Passholder level, it is up to the individual to determine the tax deductible value of their contribution based on their level of use.

By purchasing a CIFF Membership you agree to adhere to the CIFF Code of Conduct. Failure to observe organizational policies regarding member conduct at CIFF events and screenings may result in termination of membership without refund.
