As a ticket holder, how long do I have to stream CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs?

All films and shorts programs included in CIFF46 Streams that you have purchased a ticket for are available for On Demand streaming from 11:00 AM ET on Sunday, April 10, 2022 through 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, April 17, 2022 on a first-come, first-served basis or until a film is SOLD OUT.

CIFF46 streaming tickets can only be redeemed once and ticket holders have a Redemption Window of 48 hours (or until 11:59 PM ET on April 17, 2022 when CIFF46 Streams ends) from the time they redeem a ticket to a film or shorts program (by clicking “Play” on the film or shorts program), to stream the film or shorts program. Do not click "Play" until you are ready to stream the film or shorts program in full. While CIFF46 Streams films and shorts programs can be temporarily rewound or paused during the 48-hour redemption window, the player must remain open and the stream must remain paused in order to resume streaming. Trying to resume streaming after the player has been closed, after the film or shorts program has been stopped, or after you have moved to another device or another location, will result in being unable to finish streaming the film or shorts program because it can only be redeemed once.

As a ticket holder, how do I stream CIFF46 Streams films or shorts programs via the CIFF Streams app on my Apple TV device?

If you already have the CIFF Streams app on your Apple TV device from previous CIFF Streams events, open the CIFF Streams app and enter the streaming access code corresponding to the film or shorts program that you want to stream in the blank field under "Ticket Holders." Please note: each ticket that you purchase will have a unique streaming code associated to it, so you will need to enter a streaming code each time you want to stream a film or shorts program you've purchased a ticket for when streaming on the CIFF Streams app.

If you have not downloaded the CIFF Streams app before, follow the steps below to download the CIFF Streams app:

  • Once the download is complete, open the CIFF Streams app.
  • Enter the corresponding streaming access code for the film you want to stream that you received in either your Streaming Access Notification Email or in your Ticket Order Confirmation in the blank field under "Ticket Holders".
  • Click the "Submit" button below the field where you entered the code.
  • Click the "Play" button to begin streaming the film or shorts program. You will have 48 from the time you begin playing the film or shorts program to stream them in full.
  • You will repeat this process for every film that you have purchased a ticket for.

Please note: The Apple TV device is a different from the Apple TV App. The CIFF Streams app is only available on Apple TV devices and not on the Apple TV app itself.
